Mamas & Papas Changing Unit with Bath has lockable wheels ?

This is in fab condition apart from a couple of splits on the corners of the changing mat, which is a common fault with these - hence the very cheap selling price. I used a fitted cot sheet over it after this happened, the instruction book advised covering it anyway!!
