Childrens wooden playhouse, wendy house *

Childrens wooden playhouse. Approximately 5 ft x 4 ft. Good condition, Would benefit from some sanding and painting but in good, sturdy condition for age. There is some rot on the bottom of one of the veranda struts but floor and walls all in a solid condition My husband will maybe help if arranged when hes not at work.
